Panshul Technologies LLP (“Panshul Technologies”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its office at 101/2, Abhilasha 2, Punjabi Lane, Borivali (West), Mumbai – 400092, Maharashtra, India.

We operate the website at panshul.co.in (the “Website”) and supply engineering software licences, implementation, training and support services.

For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), we act as the Data Fiduciary in respect of personal data collected through this Website. If you submit personal data to us, you are a Data Principal.

This policy applies to personal data we collect through the Website, including enquiry and quotation forms, career applications, resource and e-book downloads, webinar registrations, and routine technical information collected when you browse.

It does not apply to third-party websites that we link to, or to the software products of the vendors we resell, which are governed by those vendors’ own privacy terms.

3.1 Information you provide to us

We collect information you choose to give us when you complete a form on the Website. Depending on the form, this may include:

• Your name and the name of your company or organisation
• Email address and telephone or mobile number
• Company address, city, state and postal code
• The products or services you are interested in, the machine types you operate, and any message or requirement you describe
• For career applications: your CV or resume, cover letter, and answers to any screening questions attached to the role

Please do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential drawings, or third-party data through our forms. If you need to share technical files, contact us and we will arrange a suitable method.

3.2 Technical information collected automatically

When you visit the Website or submit a form, we may automatically record limited technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type and model, referring page, and the pages you view.

We use this technical information to keep the Website working correctly, to diagnose and fix bugs, to understand which pages are useful, to improve performance and layout, and to protect the Website against abuse. We do not use it to attempt to identify you personally beyond what is necessary for those purposes.

3.3 Cookies and similar technologies

The Website uses cookies and similar browser storage for the following purposes:

• Strictly necessary — keeping you signed in to restricted areas of the site, remembering that you have already submitted a form to access a downloadable resource, and security checks.
• Analytics and performance — understanding how visitors move through the Website so we can improve it.
• Advertising measurement — recognising when a visit originated from one of our advertisements so we can measure which campaigns produce enquiries.

Every form on the Website tells you what the submission is for. Submitting a form indicates your consent to be contacted about that enquiry. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us at the address in section 12; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop communications necessary to service an active order or support contract.

Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a service that distinguishes genuine visitors from automated bots without requiring you to solve a puzzle. Turnstile helps us prevent spam and abusive submissions.

When a form loads, Turnstile runs in your browser and collects a limited set of technical signals for this purpose — including your IP address, TLS fingerprint, User-Agent header and the site key identifying our website. These are processed by Cloudflare, Inc. as our service provider. Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum states that these signals are strictly necessary for bot detection and are collected for that purpose.

Cloudflare’s handling of this data is governed by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum, which supplements the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. By submitting a form on this Website you acknowledge that Turnstile verification will take place and that the Turnstile Privacy Addendum applies to that processing.

If Turnstile is blocked in your browser, forms on the Website may not submit. You can contact us by telephone or email instead — see section 12.

We use third-party measurement services to understand how the Website is used and how our advertising performs:

• Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads — to measure page views, form interactions and enquiries, and to attribute enquiries to advertising campaigns. These services are provided by Google and may set cookies in your browser.
• Microsoft Clarity — to produce aggregated heatmaps and session insights showing how visitors scroll, click and navigate, so that we can identify usability problems. Clarity is configured to mask text entered into form fields.

These services process data on our behalf and under their own privacy terms. Where we share contact details for advertising measurement, they are transmitted in a hashed (irreversible) form.

You can opt out of Google Analytics measurement using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and manage advertising personalisation in your Google Ad Settings.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as set out below:

• Service providers — organisations that host our systems, store files securely, deliver our email, manage our customer records, and provide the verification, analytics and advertising measurement services described above. They act on our instructions and are permitted to use the data only to provide those services to us.
• Software vendors and principals — where it is necessary to register a licence, raise a support case, or fulfil an order you have placed, we share the details required for that purpose.
• Professional advisers — such as our auditors and legal advisers, where required.
• Legal and regulatory — where we are required to disclose data by law, court order, or a lawful request from a government authority, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
• Business transfer — if our business or part of it is reorganised, merged or transferred, personal data may transfer with it, subject to this policy.

Our customer records and enquiry data are stored on systems configured to use data centres located in India. Some of the analytics, advertising measurement and security services described above are operated by international providers and may process limited technical data outside India, in accordance with applicable law and their own safeguards.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected for:

• Enquiries and quotations — typically retained while there is an active or prospective business relationship, and thereafter for a reasonable period for record-keeping.
• Customer and order records — retained for the period required by applicable tax, accounting and contractual obligations.
• Career applications — retained for the recruitment process and for a reasonable period afterwards in case a suitable role arises, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Technical and analytics data — retained in line with the retention settings of the relevant service, generally in aggregated form.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the nature of the data we hold. These include encrypted connections to the Website, access controls and role-based permissions for internal systems, restricted access to uploaded files such as CVs, and automated protection against spam and abusive traffic.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we take security seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and any transmission is at your own risk.

Subject to the DPDP Act and other applicable law, you have the right to:

• Access — request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed
• Correction and completion — ask us to correct inaccurate data or complete incomplete data
• Erasure — ask us to delete personal data we no longer need for the purpose it was collected for, subject to our legal retention obligations
• Withdraw consent — at any time, as described in section 5
• Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with us about how your data has been handled
• Nominate — nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity

To exercise any of these rights, write to us using the details in section 12. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We aim to respond within a reasonable period and in any case within the timelines required by law.

The Website is intended for business users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

The Website contains links to third-party websites, including those of software vendors and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing them with personal data.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the services we use, or applicable law. The revised version takes effect when published on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will change. Where a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention.
